The Ultimate Guide to Protein 1

Hello guys t a new post in protein shakes for women , I see that a lot of you guys are kinda confused  about protein powder is it going to make you fat ? is it going to make you bulky ? is it going to make you lose weight ? there is so many question about protein powder so i thought that i should creat a post about it .

if you'r actually eating protein it will keep you full and it will also build that lean muscle mass why ? because the protein actually doesn't cause thathuge spike in your blood sugar level.

Protein is made of amino acids those are the building blocks and these amino help you with healthy hair, skin and nails.

Now why people take protein powders if they can get it from eggs, fish , chicken, beans, nuts there are many sources but for a lot of people they may not have time to cook right after the gym because i really like taking my protein powder weather that eating or drinking something within 30 minutes after a workout because my muscle are hot they want to inject something.

So if you are really confused about which protein powder you should take and that's why i will give you a quick guid so you cam make your decision about what's right to your body

                                                               1-Whey protein


So one of the most popular types of protein in the market is whey protein, if you are lactose intolerante don't take this one because it is actually made from a byproduct of turning milk into cheese.

This type of protein is very fast absorbing so take it right after your workout within 30 minuts as i said and it is a complet protein.


                                                                 2-Casein protein 


The next type of protein powder is casein, now casein is a more pure form of protein and which the carbs and the fats have extracted in a liquide separation process and why would you take casein ?

Well casein is more slow digesting meaning you don't want to take this post workout, you should take it before you go to bed.

Now here is the funny story, I used to know a bodybuilder who was completly obsessed with his body which is fine but he would actuallt time his alarm to go off every 3 hours after he went to bed to wake up and eat a chicken breast to make sure he was continually building muscle, I don't recommend that because sleep is actually a very important part of your health lifestyle so please stay a sleep but if you really want to continu building muscle throughout the night you can take casein before you go to bed.

 The next one is egg protein, I have some friend that love using it to make more savory food like bread, pizzas, Egg protein is actually just the egg whites not the yolk and that's been dehydrated, that kind of protein also have a lot of vitamines and minerals, I recommend using that in cooking.
